Eliot Spitzer and his mom, Anne Spitzer, gave a total of $100,000 to a super PAC supporting Martin O’Malley’s flagging campaign for the Democratic presidential nomination at the time Spitzer’s gal pal was working as deputy campaign manager for the ex-Maryland governor, according to a report filed Friday with the Federal Election Commission.

The Spitzers’ donations came in late September, three months before it was reported that the Love Guv and his former girlfriend Lis Smith, had broken up, Politico reported.
