A previously unseen photo showing Rolling Stones frontman Sir Mick Jagger alongside Epstein’s circle released in the sprawling federal release of Jeffrey Epstein’s files Friday has thrust the 82-year-old rock legend back into the headlines — even as officials stress there’s no indication of criminal wrongdoing.
Epstein, his convicted madam Ghislaine Maxwell, former President Bill Clinton and Jagger shared a dinner in one of the undated photos from the Justice Department’s files released Friday.
Jagger and Clinton could be seen cozying up to a woman whose face was blacked out in one image.

DOJFederal officials have cautioned against jumping to conclusions on anyone seen in the release, stressing that appearing in the Epstein files does not mean someone is tied to his sex crimes.
The DOJ has said many photos lack basic context — no dates, locations or explanations — and should not “suggest illegal conduct.”
The trove, which includes FBI files, court records and photographs, was released under a bipartisan mandate.

In a letter to lawmakers, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said the department sifted through hundreds of thousands of pages of material — including investigative files, digital records and photographs — using teams of attorneys to determine what could legally be disclosed.

The release came after a bipartisan law passed by Congress forced federal officials to make public all unclassified documents connected to Epstein and Maxwell, who is serving a 20-year prison sentence for helping recruit and groom underage girls.
