Jeffrey Epstein victim Virginia Roberts Giuffre alleged that billionaire hedge fund manager Glenn Dubin was the first person Ghislaine Maxwell instructed her to have sex with — and also claimed she had a sexual encounter with Hyatt Hotels heir Thomas Pritzker, according to newly unsealed court records.

Giuffre testified that Maxwell told her to give Dubin, co-founder of Highbridge Capital Management, an erotic message, which she said was a euphemism for sex, according to her 2016 deposition filed late Wednesday.

“When they say massage, that means erotic, okay? That’s their term for it,” Giuffre said. “And I’m telling you that Ghislaine told me to go to Glenn Dubin and give him a massage, which means sex.”

Giuffre added that Dubin was the first person Maxwell allegedly sent her to after she completed her training as a masseuse and began working for Epstein.

“I know Glenn Dubin was first,” she said in the deposition.

In a separate deposition given by Giuffre, she claimed to have had sex with Pritzker, the billionaire executive chairman of Hyatt Hotels and cousin of Democratic Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker.

Giuffre told Maxwell’s defense attorney under oath that she believed she had been “with Tom once,” referring to a sexual encounter. She did not suggest that she had been directed by Maxwell to have sex with the hotelier.

Later in the same deposition, Giuffre talked about Maxwell allegedly sending her to have sex with the “owner of a large hotel chain” in France, but she did not name that person.

A spokesperson for Pritzker, now 73, said the married businessman “continues to vehemently deny” the allegation.

Pritzker is also a cousin of Penny Pritzker, a billionaire businesswoman who served as the secretary of commerce under President Barack Obama, and who has led the Harvard Corporation since February 2022 and recently faced heat over just-resigned president Claudine Gay’s plagiarism scandal and antisemitism response at the elite university.

The names of Thomas Pritzker and Dubin, as well as Dubin’s wife, Dr. Eva Andersson-Dubin, appeared among hundreds of pages of court documents that were released Wednesday evening.

What we know about the Jeffrey Epstein list of 170 associates

  • On Wednesday, documents were released naming 170 associates of accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. The list included Michael Jackson, magician David Copperfield, Stephen Hawking, former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak and former President Bill Clinton — who an Epstein victim said “likes them young, referring to girls.”
  • Disgraced royal Prince Andrew, a known friend of Epstein, was named in the documents and was previously sued by Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre, who accused Andrew of sexual misconduct toward her. According to one royal family expert, the Firm “will stand beside” the Duke of York “no matter what.”
  • Epstein’s former attorney and friend Alan Dershowitz defended the late multimillionaire sex offender’s associates, saying: “None of us knew about his private life that he kept so secret.” Dershowitz, who is on the list, added that no one should be automatically convicted in the court of public opinion simply for showing up in court documents.
  • Epstein’s brother, Mark Epstein, told The Post that the ex-business mogul said he could have upended the 2016 election over what he knew about both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton: “Here’s a direct quote: ‘If I said what I know about both candidates, they’d have to cancel the election.’ That’s what Jeffrey told me in 2016.”
  • Only some of the 170 names and their relationships to Epstein have been released. The remainder of the documents will likely become public record throughout the next week.

Keep up with The Post’s live blog on the revelations about Epstein’s associates revealed in the newly released documents here.

Andersson-Dubin, a physician and former Miss Sweden, has said she dated Epstein in the 1980s and ’90s, before she married Dubin.

Dubin and Andersson-Dubin previously denied Giuffre’s allegations. Neither has been charged with a crime.

“The Dubins strongly deny these allegations, as we first said [in Vanity Fair] in 2019, when these unsubstantiated statements first surfaced as part of this same civil court proceeding,” a spokesperson for the couple told The Post Thursday.

During Maxwell’s Manhattan federal trial in 2021, Andersson-Dubin, whom Epstein’s madam named as a personal friend in a deposition, testified in her defense, saying she had not witnessed any inappropriate activity between Epstein and underage girls.

Dubin and his wife are prominent New York City philanthropists, renowned for establishing the Dubin Breast Cancer Center at the Mount Sinai Health System. Dubin also helped start the Robin Hood Foundation to combat poverty.

The newly filed unredacted records — ordered released last month by Manhattan federal Judge Lorreta Preska — were part of a defamation lawsuit that was brought by Giuffre against Maxwell in 2015 and settled two years later.

The first 40 documents, of 250 set to be unsealed in the coming days, contain the names of more than 170 Epstein associates, among them former Presidents Bill Clinton and Donald Trump, and Prince Andrew.

Giuffre claimed that she was repeatedly sexually assaulted by the disgraced British royal at Maxwell’s home when she was just 17 years old.

She settled a civil lawsuit with him last year.

Giuffre also alleged in depositions that she was pressured by Maxwell into having sex with other powerful men in Epstein’s social circle.

Maxwell is serving a 20-year sentence on conspiracy and sex-trafficking charges stemming from her role as a madam for Epstein, who died by suicide in jail in 2019.
