US hostage Kayla Mueller was murdered by Islamic State militants, and not killed in a coalition airstrike as ISIS claims, a former captive said.

A Yazidi woman who escaped from ISIS told the BBC that Mueller was also used as one of ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi’s personal sex slaves and forced to be his bride.

ISIS fighters tortured Mueller, ripping out her fingernails before Baghdadi raped her in front of other female captives.

He married Mueller “by force” and hid her at a close aide’s house, the Yizidi woman said.

She added that Baghdadi berated Mueller as an infidel and made her convert to Islam.
