




A former Alabama cop has pleaded guilty to shooting his wife in the head after forcing her out of a bar in front of her friends.
Under the murder plea deal with prosecutors, Jason McIntosh, 46, will spend 30 years behind bars, and avoid the death penalty, according to AL.com.

Montgomery declined to file charges in that shooting, and investigators found that she was the aggressor in the incident, according to the report.

McIntosh was reportedly arrested on a domestic violence charge for attacking his wife two days after she filed for divorce. That attack left Montgomery scraped up with red marks all over her body, the outlet reported.
