The former employee who accused Michael Bloomberg of telling her to “kill it” when he found out she was pregnant is one of the women he’s agreed to release from a non-disclosure agreement, according to a report.

A Bloomberg adviser told CNN that the woman was Sekiko Garrison who accused Bloomberg of making the crass remark in the 1990s.

Bloomberg has denied making the comments.

Earlier Friday the billionaire businessman announced that he would release women from three non-disclosure agreements if they wanted to speak publicly about sexual harassment while working at his media company.

The announcement came after fellow Democratic primary candidate Elizabeth Warren blasted the media mogul’s record with women on Wednesday night’s debate stage.

In a lawsuit against Bloomberg, Garrison claims Bloomberg ordered her to terminate her pregnancy and when she asked him to repeat himself, he said again, “kill it.”

Her suit says Bloomberg made other offensive remarks including asking if she was giving her boyfriend “good blow jobs.”

Garrison and reps for Bloomberg did not immediately return messages seeking comment.
