Janice Dickinson is finally facing the ugly truth: She’s broke.

The one-time supermodel has declared bankruptcy, The Post has learned, with court papers showing she has racked up nearly $1 million in debt with everyone from Uncle Sam to the doctors who have tried to keep her looking young.

Dickinson, 58, whose taut visage bears witness to her penchant for plastic surgery, owes more than $8,000 to Beverly Hills dermatologist Arnold Klein, whose Web site says he “developed the injection techniques for the cosmetic use of Botox, collagen and Restylane.”

Dickinson, 58, also stiffed Dr. Uzzi Reiss, who runs the Beverly Hills Anti-Aging Center, out of $8,000-plus, court papers say.

Her unpaid taxes date back more than a decade, with more than $500,000 due to New York state, California and the IRS.
