An explosion at an Indian restaurant in a Toronto suburb Thursday night left 15 people injured, including three who were in critical condition, officials said.
The explosion took place at Bombay Bhel restaurant in Mississauga at about 10:30 p.m., according to reports.
It was not clear early Friday what caused the explosion.
Broken glass could be seen at the site of the incident, Canada’s Global News said.
The injured were transported to a local hospital.
Police cordoned off the shopping plaza and were investigating the scene.
