A UK father has been found guilty of organizing an acid attack on his three-year-old son in a twisted revenge plot against his estranged wife.
Shocking CCTV showed the moment the youngster had sulphuric acid hurled over him as he looked at a display of footballs with his older brother.
The lad suffered serious burns to his face and arm and screamed: “I hurt, I hurt, I hurt!” after the attack in Home Bargains in Worcester, in central England.

The jury was told that the man who threw the acid was Adam Cech, 27, who was with co-defendants Jan Dudi, 25, and Norbert Pulko, 22. All three denied plotting an acid attack.
The boy’s dad and Jabar Paktia, 41, also denied the charge, as did another co-conspirator identified in the attack, Saied Hussini, 41.
But a jury of seven women and five men took nine hours 47 minutes to return unanimous guilty verdicts following a six week trial at Worcester Crown Court.
Nine security guards surrounded the defendants in the dock as the verdicts were read out.
The dad bowed his head and covered his mouth with his hand in shock after he was found guilty of conspiracy to apply a corrosive fluid with intent to burn, maim, disable or disfigure the boy or do him grievous bodily harm.
During the trial, jurors heard how the dad, originally from Afghanistan, sent a message to a member of the gang after the attack on July 21 last year, saying: “Nailed it!”

He had been granted fortnightly visits to his children but he lodged an appeal to the court for greater access which his wife was against.
The court heard he hoped to show she was an unfit mother who could not protect her children.
The dad also hired a private investigator to spy on his estranged wife and children before plotting the acid attack.
Three members of the gang were photographed by a worried onlooker outside the boy’s school days earlier because they were acting suspiciously.
CCTV showed Cech, Dudi and Pulko at the scene on the day of the attack after following the boy and his mother to the store from their home.
Pulko was seen carrying what the court heard was a bottle of acid while walking next to the mother and her two sons.
Cech then approached the child in the shop and squirted acid at him from the small plastic medicine-type bottle.
Footage then showed the three men calmly making their escape.
A seventh defendant, Martina Badiova, 23, was found not guilty of the same charge, according to the BBC.
