FBI agents stormed a Florida company tied to high-flying “Wolf of Wall Street” inspiration Danny Porush on Wednesday, marking a potential sequel for the shady businessman.

Boca Raton police joined agents from the FBI, the Florida Division of Insurance, IRS and Homeland Security in raiding Med-Care Diabetic & Medical Supplies Inc., where Porush is executive VP.

He was the real-life inspiration for “The Wolf of Wall Street” character Donnie Azoff, played by Oscar nominee Jonah Hill.

Porush was a central figure in the infamous pump-and-dump operation at defunct brokerage firm Stratton Oakmont Inc.

He and Jordan Belfort — played by Leonardo DiCaprio — built their empire by selling penny stocks with cold-call, boiler-room tactics.

Belfort and Porush both copped plea bargains and did time behind bars.

Porush, 57, and his wife Lisa were spotted on Wednesday at Med-Care offices hours after the raid began. The couple declined comment as they drove off in a white and silver Rolls-Royce coupe.

Company president Steve Silverman said he wasn’t at the office when agents swooped in. His lawyers told him to steer clear of work.

Agents hauled out boxes of documents from their search.

“I’m fine,” Silverman told The Post. “We’re fully cooperating with any investigation. We haven’t violated any criminal statutes.”

The company’s lawyer, Justin Weddle, said agents could have called and asked for any files without the show of force.

“We’re a little disappointed with the process that was followed today but Med-Care remains and will be ready, willing and able to provide full cooperation in this inquiry,” Weddle told reporters outside Med-Care.

Later in a prepared statement, Weddle said company lawyers have been in contact with regulators since July and have been answering all questions.

“Med-Care Diabetic & Medical Supplies, Inc. has always been fully transparent in cooperating with regulatory or governmental inquiries that it receives,” Weddle said.

About a half-mile away from Med-Care, agents also raided the offices of LMC Medical Supplies. That company shared executives with Med-Care, including Lisa Porush.

Two dozen boxes of documents and a dozen computers were lifted from LMC by authorities.

Med-Care Diabetic & Medical Supplies Inc. was sued last year by a former telemarketer who alleged that the company used high-pressure tactics to push unneeded supplies.
