ISIS terrorist Shamsud-Din Jabbar was captured in new images plotting his attack in New Orleans a little over an hour before killing 14 people when he rammed a pickup truck into a crowd celebrating the New Year on Bourbon Street.

The FBI released surveillance footage of the killer walking along Dauphin Street near Governor Nicholls Street around 2:03 a.m. wearing a long light brown coat, a dark-colored button-down shirt, blue jeans and what appears to be brown dress shoes.

The federal agency also released an image of a blue-and-white cooler that contained an improvised explosive device, which Jabbar, 42, placed near where he would later mow down French Quarter revelers around 3 a.m. Wednesday, according to the FBI.

Jabbar, who was then wearing camouflage, was killed in a shootout with cops after the fatal attack, which also injured dozens. Federal investigators have ruled the heinous attack an act of terrorism.

Investigators confirmed the Army veteran from Texas had specifically chosen Bourbon Street as the target of his monstrous act of terror and pledged his allegiance to the Islamic terror group in videos posted in the hours and minutes leading up to the massacre.

The killer recorded the videos while en route from Houston to New Orleans in the rented Ford F-150 Lightning EV he used to carry out the attack, according to the feds.

Once he arrived in New Orleans, Jabbar was spotted on surveillance video planting IEDs near the intersection of Bourbon and Orleans streets.

At 3:15 a.m., FBI bomb technicians recovered two other explosive devices in coolers dumped on the corner of Bourbon and Orleans Street as well as an intersection two blocks away.

Investigators also found guns and what appeared to be an improvised explosive device inside the vehicle, which also had a black Islamic State flag on the back.

Anyone with information or additional footage is asked to submit a tip.
