The FBI has determined that the San Bernardino terrorists did not contact ISIS or other plotters during the 18-minute timeline gap after the Dec. 2 massacre, a report said.
Investigators are trying to determine whether terrorist Syed Rizwan Farook and wife Tashfeen Malik had help in the attack that killed 14 people and injured 22 at a California holiday work party, according to CNN.
After a battle with Apple, the FBI cracked into Farook’s iPhone with the help of an outside tech firm.
