FBI Director James Comey was to speak to the press Tuesday morning, just days after his agents interviewed Hillary Clinton about her private email server.

But officials would not reveal the topic of his announcement.

Comey will meet reporters at FBI headquarters in Washington, DC, at 11 a.m.

On Saturday, Clinton was interviewed for 3½ hours about her email habits while serving as secretary of state.

Comey’s announcement comes the same day that Clinton and President Obama will hit the campaign trail together for the first time in 2016 during a joint appearance in Charlotte, North Carolina.
