A second man has been charged with attacking law enforcement with Molotov cocktails during anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles this past weekend.

Wrackkie Quiogue, of Long Beach, Calif., faces a federal charge of possession of an unregistered destructive device — and faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

Prosecutors say Quiogue, 27, was caught on body camera footage confronting LAPD officers during a downtown protest Sunday with a Molotov cocktail and lighter in hand.

“Los Angeles Police Department officers saw Quiogue with the device and quickly arrested him,” prosecutors said in a statement. “As Quiogue attempted to flee arrest, he threw the Molotov.”

Quiogue was ordered detained following an initial court appearance Tuesday.

A day earlier, authorities collared Mexican illegal migrant Emiliano Garduno Galvez, 23, who allegedly chucked a Molotov cocktail at sheriff’s deputies during a violent demonstration in the majority-Hispanic enclave of Paramount.

As with Quiogue, federal prosecutors say video captured the moment Galvez, clad in a black hoodie and face mask, lurked around a tree with the incendiary device at his feet and a lighter flickering in his hands. 

“Galvez lit and threw a Molotov cocktail over a wall where Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (LASD) deputies were engaging in crowd control activities then ran away,” read a statement from the Los Angeles US Attorney’s Office.

Both men’s cases are being investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), along with the LAPD and the LASD. 

Galvez is also facing an attempted murder charge after being nabbed by Immigration and Customs Enforcement Monday, according to the Department of Homeland Security. 

The Department of Justice also announced charges of assault on a federal officer against Christian Andres Garcia, 32, of Anaheim, and Rene Luna, 43, of Orange. 

Both defendants are accused of throwing objects, including water bottles and beer cans, at officers during a Monday night riot in the city of Santa Ana, in Orange County.

Anti-Immmigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) riots have raged in Los Angeles since Friday, with 225 people arrested by local police on Tuesday night — the vast majority for failing to obey dispersal orders. 

At least 14 people have been hit with federal charges so far over the days-long protests in LA, for offenses ranging from throwing Molotov cocktails to fighting with law enforcement agents.  

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass placed a 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew in effect for the downtown area Tuesday in a bid to deter looting by dozens of hooligans that had marked previous demonstrations.
