The Philippines has ordered all internet providers to block a series of too-popular porn sites, according to a report.

Users have been unable to access Pornhub, Redtube, and XVideos since the country’s National Telecommunications Commission ordered ISPs to block the sites on Jan. 14, the BBC reports.

The decision comes after Pornhub recently announced visitors in the Philippines hold the world record for longest time on the X-rated forum–with the average viewing time clocking in at 12 minutes and 45 second, or about three minutes longer than the rest of the world.

Only two providers, Smart and Suncellular, have allegedly complied with the order.

Eager customers of those two companies are greeted with messages saying the smutty sites have been blocked due to anti-child pornography laws.

It remains unclear what penalties may befall those who do not comply with the order, or if the directive is coming from conservative Philippines president Rodrigo Duterte.

Duterte, who is known for unorthodox political decisions, announced Monday he is considering enacting marshall law if the illegal drug trade in his county continues unabated.
