HARRISBURG, Pa. — The first of 31 civil claims against Pennsylvania State University related to the Jerry Sandusky child sexual-abuse case has been settled.
Attorney Tom Kline confirmed yesterday that his client, known as “Victim 5’’ when he testified at ex-football coach Sandusky’s criminal trial, has agreed to terms.
The multimillion-dollar settlement was first reported by The Philadelphia Inquirer.
