Parents of firstborn girls are more likely to divorce, according to a new study.
Economist Enrico Moretti. Moretti, who co-wrote the paper “The Demand for Sons” with Gordon Dahl, said on a “Freakonomics” podcast this week that a child’s sex plays a role in parental divorce rates, according to the Huffington Post.
