A Pennsylvania woman and her teenage daughter have been formally charged with murdering five relatives, including three children, inside an apartment.

Shana Decree, 45, and Dominique Decree, 19, were charged Tuesday with five counts of homicide and one count each of conspiracy.

Shana was arraigned early Tuesday, while her daughter was expected to make her initial court appearance later in the day, Bucks County District Attorney Matthew Weintraub said.

Five bodies were found inside the home at the Robert Morris Apartments in Morrisville, about 30 miles north of Philadelphia: Shana’s children Naa’Irah Smith, 25, and Damon Decree Jr., 13, both of Morrisville; Shana’s sister, Jamilla Campbell, 45, of Trenton, New Jersey; and Campbell’s 9-year-old twin daughters, Imani and Erika Allen.

The grisly scene was discovered around 4 p.m. Monday when police conducted a welfare check at the West Bridge Street apartment.

A Department of Human Services card was found tucked in the door of the apartment when police arrived, according to Fox’s Philadelphia affiliate.

Cops had been scrambling to find Jamilla’s 17-year-old son, Joshua Campbell, who turned up unharmed in New Jersey.

The bodies were discovered in one bedroom of the two-bedroom apartment, said James O’Malley, a spokesman for the Bucks County DA’s Office. There were no obvious signs of trauma.

Weintraub did not discuss a possible motive.

A press conference was scheduled for later Tuesday.
