This sure is one hot property.

A Florida real estate agent selling a condemned St. Petersburg home included photos of the property engulfed in flames in the listing.

“It’s a smoking hot deal posted to the internet and people liked it,” realtor Dylan Jaeck told TV station Bay News 9 on Wednesday. “That’s going to obviously grab your attention.”

The ad for the three-bedroom, three-bathroom home lists the property for the bargain price of $99,000 with the caption: “Bring your smores to the campfire and build your dream home!”

According to the Tampa Bay Times, the city condemned the house after it caught fire nine months ago, when the previous owners were visiting family.

They sold it to the owner Jaeck is now representing.

Neighbor John Welch, 60, told the TV station his photo of the flaming house was used in the listing. He got a call from his nephew with the news that his photo was in the paper, and added, “I think it’s great.”

Jaeck — who expects the buyer to just want the property to build their own new home — said he’s received backlash from other brokers. But he said he was having the last laugh.

“Some realtors and even some brokers tried to think that it’s looking like it’s very unprofessional, that I would post someone’s house that’s on fire,” he told Bay News 9.

“It’s creative marketing. It’s a niche. I got people talking.”
