A Florida teen learning to drive accidentally mowed down her dad — as he was teaching her to park his pickup truck, according to a report.

Tarpon Springs police said the 15-year-old’s dad got out of his Ford F-150 to let her practice pulling it into a parking space Tuesday in an empty lot, news station WTVT reported.

But as he stood in front, the girl “unintentionally” hit the accelerator while the vehicle was still in drive, police said.

The truck then jolted forward over a curb and struck the man before hitting a tree, authorities said.

When police arrived, the girl was attempting to provide aid to her father, who later died of his injuries, the outlet reported.

Their names haven’t been released and the crash remains under investigation.
