Shocking video captured the moment a Wingstop manager allegedly hurled hot grease at two customers during a chaotic clash inside the Florida fast food joint.
The security footage from inside the Port St. Lucie eatery on Jan. 28 showed the enraged manager, Carnael Irene, behind the pick-up counter arguing with the female patrons around 10:45 p.m.
Irene, at one point during the heated skirmish, repeatedly squirted ranch dressing at the pair while another employee struggled to hold her back, the video, obtained by The Post, shows.

The irate manager firs squirted ranch dressing on the duo as the argument escalated. FOX 13The customers then tossed a bunch of straws over the counter as Irene disappeared and returned seconds later with a metal container of cooking oil she launched at the duo, the footage shows.
The irate boss could be seen shoving a co-worker out of the kitchen just before heaving the oil, which splattered on the floor of the restaurant.
Irene, 19, was arrested after police responded to the restaurant and found the two patrons, who are sisters, with burn marks primarily on their legs and feet, according to the Port St. Luci Police Department.
One of the victims was a minor, police said.
The patrons also tossed a bunch of plastic straws over the pick-up counter during the skirmish. FOX 13The unnerved manager later admitted to police she became agitated when the patrons were loud, disruptive, verbally abusive and called her broke, according to the affidavit.
She was charged with aggravated child abuse and aggravated battery.
Carnael Irene was charged with aggravated child abuse and aggravated battery. St. Lucie County Sheriff's OfficeIrene has since been fired, a Wingstop spokesperson told The Post.
“We are committed to maintaining a respectful and welcoming environment for our guests and team members at all Wingstop locations,” the spokesperson said in a statement.
“This incident occurred at a franchised location and the franchise has taken appropriate and swift action upon learning of the incident, including the termination of their employee involved.”
