A former Live Nation executive based in the UK was given a 20-month suspended sentence on Friday after being arrested by London cops last year for shooting video up the skirts of women riding the train.
An investigation found nearly 50,000 images.
Live Nation fired the exec, Andrew Macrae, after he was arrested by an off-duty police officer who noticed a pen-shaped device protruding from a laptop bag he had placed between the legs of a woman seated on a train platform.
When confronted by the officer, Macrae, 43, admitted the device was a camera.
The July 19 admission led to a search of the married father’s home, where authorities found a hard drive with images dating back to 2013.
In addition to strangers, Macrae had filmed friends visiting his wife through a camera hidden in the guest bedroom. He also filmed through the window of a neighbor as she was getting a wax treatment.
Macrae, who admitted to being “disgusted” with himself, pleaded guilty to seven counts of voyeurism for the purposes of sexual gratification and a count of outraging public decency before his sentencing.
The court also ordered Macrae to pay $140 to a victim and place himself on the sexual register for 10 years.
