Accused Penn State pedophile Jerry Sandusky was hauled off in handcuffs again yesterday after additional child-sex charges were lodged against the “touchy-feely” former coach by two men who said they were abused as children.

The two new accusers piled on to a scathing grand-jury indictment that already had eight alleged victims who told investigators they were molested on campus and at Sandusky’s State College, Pa., home.

Victims 9 and 10 were lured like the others, prosecutors said, through Sandusky’s charity for troubled youth.

“As in many of the other cases identified to date, the contact with Sandusky allegedly fit a pattern of ‘grooming’ victims,” Attorney General Linsa Kelly said in a statement after Sandusky’s arrest.

“Beginning with outings to football games and gifts; they later included physical contact that escalated to sexual assaults.”

Victim 9, who is now 18, described Sandusky as “touchy-feely” in the beginning before his simple acts of affection — hugging, rubbing, cuddling and tickling — escalated into sexual assaults.

Even though other bedrooms in the Sandusky home were vacant, Victim 9 testified that he was always told to sleep in a basement bedroom during visits to the former coach’s home when he was between the ages of 12 and 15.

“The victim testified that Sandusky forced him to perform oral sex on numerous occasions. Sandusky also attempted to engage in anal penetration of Victim 9 on at least 16 occasions and at times did penetrate him,” according to court records.

“The victim testified that on at least one occasion he screamed for help, knowing that Sandusky’s wife was upstairs, but no one ever came to help him.”

Victim 10, according to the grand-jury report, was subjected to “wrestling” sessions in the basement of Sandusky’s home that eventually escalated to incidents where Sandusky performed oral sex on the boy.

The new allegations add 12 new counts of sexual abuse to the 40 he already faced.

Sandusky, 67, remained in jail after being unable to post a $250,000 cash bail.

Before the second arrest, he had been free on a controversial $100,000 unsecured bail that had been set by a judge who volunteered and contributed to his charity.

Sandusky has denied any sexual misconduct, saying that he showered with boys but never abused them.With Post Wire Services
