Human remains “consistent” with the missing Long Island native’s description were found by search crews Sunday at Bridger-Teton National Forest.

“Full forensics identification has not been completed to confirm 100 percent that we found Gabby, but her family has been notified of this discovery,” Charles Jones, a supervisory senior resident agent with the FBI office in Denver, said at a press briefing.

Gabby, 22, went missing late last month while touring national parks out west in a van with her 23-year-old boyfriend, Brian Laundrie.

Laundrie returned to his North Port, Florida home without his girlfriend on Sept. 1.

He has refused to cooperate with investigators and his family said on Saturday that he, too, disappeared days earlier.

Crews in Florida have been conducting a massive search for Laundrie at the 25,000-acre Carlton Reserve.

That search continued on Sunday until it was suspended for the day shortly before 6 p.m., with no sign of the missing 23-year-old.
