WASHINGTON — Former President George W. Bush will headline a fund-raiser for his brother Jeb in New York on Sept. 10 — a day before the 14th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks.

The former president plans to be in Dallas on Sept. 11 following the New York event, which Jeb Bush isn’t scheduled to attend.

George W. Bush had previously said he wants to lie low during the election season.
