A troubled Georgia teen brutally killed his grandfather with a blunt metal object, attempted to strangle his father to death and attacked responding cops with “Herculean” strength, police said.

Luke Ingram, 19, of Dunwoody, Georgia was staying with relatives in Palm Coast when he assaulted both men early Wednesday morning, according to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies arrived at the scene after Ingram’s father ran to his neighbor’s home and said he had been attacked.

Cops found a shirtless Ingram in the doorway of the home, standing next to his severely beaten 85-year-old grandfather, Darwin Larry Ingram.

Luke Ingram initially agreed to exit the home with his hands up, but refused to get on the ground and was tased, authorities said.

Flagler County Sheriff Larry Staly said Ingram, who has a history of mental illness, later managed to move his handcuffed hands underneath his legs and to his front and then assaulted deputies with “Herculean” strength, according to Flagler Live.

After struggling with several officers inside an interview room, he was tased and transported to a local hospital before being booked into jail.

Staly said Ingram’s grandfather had been brutally beaten and was pronounced dead inside his home.

Ingram’s father, Clint Ingram, and his grandfather convinced him to stay with them in Florida after he began acting strangely while attending college in Georgia, Flagler Live reported.

Clint Ingram told police that his son behaved erratically after his arrival Wednesday evening, staring at family members during dinner.

Hours later, the dad said he heard screaming and found his father bloodied and beaten on the floor and his son seated in a chair.

The suspect began strangling his father after he called 911, but the dad was able to free himself and run to the neighbor’s home for help.

“The original crime scene reflected a very violent and brutal attack,” Staly said, according to the site.

“We are working diligently to find answers as to what caused this tragic attack on family members early this morning. Our condolences to the family and all involved in this case.”

Luke Ingram now faces second-degree murder charges.
