Ghislaine Maxwell is not giving up.

Lawyers for the alleged Jeffrey Epstein procurer filed a notice of appeal Wednesday — after a federal judge shot down her third bid for bail.

On Monday, US District Judge Alison J. Nathan issued a 12-page decision denying Maxwell’s latest $28.5 bail package, which included an offer to renounce her British and French citizenships.

“To summarize, the Defendant’s willingness to renounce her French and UK citizenship does not sufficiently assuage the Court’s concerns regarding the risk of flight that the Defendant poses,” the judge wrote.

Maxwell, 59, is appealing Nathan’s ruling to the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

The globe-trotting socialite has pleaded not guilty to a six-count indictment alleging that she recruited and groomed girls to be sexually abused by her and late pedophile financier Epstein.

She has been locked up at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since her July 2020 arrest.

Epstein hanged himself in his jail cell in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex-trafficking charges.
