A Manhattan judge on Tuesday ordered Rudy Giuliani to turn over control of his Upper East Side condo and prized Yankees memorabilia to two Georgia election workers he defamed by falsely claiming they tried to cheat former President Donald Trump out of the 2020 election.

The former Big Apple mayor will be forced to fork over his three-bedroom E. 66th St. apartment — as well as a Mercedes-Benz Model SL500 and other valuables and cash to Ruby Freeman and her daughter, Wandrea “Shaye” Moss, per the ruling in their $148 million defamation case.

Giuliani, 80, has seven days to turn over his interest in his co-op — which he recently slashed the price of by $1 million in a last-ditch bid to offload it — into a receivership controlled by Freeman and Moss, Manhattan federal judge Lewis Liman said in his order.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo, priced at $5.175 million as of earlier this month, boasts a wood-paneled library, a wood-burning fireplace and views of Central Park, real estate listings show.

He was also ordered to turn over a picture signed by legendary Yankees slugger Reggie Jackson, a replica of Joe DiMaggio’s jersey signed by the iconic Bronx Bomber, more than 20 luxury watches, a diamond, cash and furniture, the order says.

“The Court also does not doubt that certain of the items may have sentimental value to Defendant,” Liman wrote in the 24-page ruling.

“But that does not entitle Defendant to continued enjoyment of the assets to the detriment of the Plaintiffs to whom he owes approximately $150 million.”

A federal jury awarded the two Georgia election workers the whopping judgment last year.

Liman has yet to rule on whether the former New York City mayor will also need to hand over his valuable Yankees World Series rings, which his son Andrew claims were given to him as a gift.

The judge also reserved judgment for now on whether to force Giuliani to turn over his multi-million-dollar condo in Palm Beach, Florida.

The Fulton County workers filed the suit against the man once lionized as “America’s mayor” in 2021, claiming his lies that they processed fraudulent ballots during the 2020 presidential election led to them facing threats and racist verbal attacks.

Giuliani was found liable for defaming Moss and Freeman by default in August 2023 after failing to divulge electronic messages and financial records that the womens’ attorneys were entitled to during the litigation.

At the end of a trial to determine how much in damages Giuiliani should pay, a federal jury in Washington DC in December 2023 awarded $75 million in punitive damages to both Moss and Freeman, as well as $20 million to each woman for emotional distress.

Giuliani’s lawyers, Kenneth Caruso and David Labkowski, said Tuesday that they are appealing that verdict. Freeman and Ross will be forced to return the condo and Giuliani’s other goods if the judgment is overturned, they said.

“Stay tuned,” the attorneys wrote in a joint statement. “When the judgment is reversed in the Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C., these plaintiffs will be required to return all this property to Mr. Giuliani. We repeat, stay tuned.”
