Rudy Giuliani showed up on national TV Sunday with a huge bump on his head – resulting from a shower mishap sustained the night before, he explained.
The former New York mayor had a noticeable welt over his right eye as he appeared on ABC’s “This Week” to discuss Donald Trump’s presidential hopes
Giuliani said had had just gotten off the golf course on Saturday and was in a hurry to get to dinner.
“I banged myself in the shower, coming out because I was rushing to get dressed for a dinner party,” he told The Post.
Giuliani put his best, most humorous spin on the wound.
“Nobody attacked me. I was going to tell you that I was attacked by Hillary Clinton forces. But it’s not true. I’m fine,” he said. “I just got a little bump. I think it’s just my brain’s up a
little and get it working better now.”
