The Illinois man who sprayed bullets into a practice of the Republican congressional baseball game Wednesday had been living in a white cargo van for the past three months, the FBI said.

Photos of the van show an immaculately-kept vehicle outfitted with curtains and blinds.
“[He] has been in Alexandria, Virginia area since March of this year,” said Timothy Slater, Special Agent in Charge of the Washington field office. “We believe the shooter has been living out of his vehicle in the vicinity of East Monroe street.”
