Grandma got run over a reindeer — at an upstate turkey trot!

A pack of rogue deer knocked two women off their feet during Watertown, NY’s annual Turkey Day Run on Nov. 28 — a wild caught-on-camera ordeal that spurred many on social media to liken it to the goofy Christmas tune, “Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer.”

“Never did I dream I would see this song come to life,” a Facebook user wrote.

Another person quipped, “Truly a classic and we finally witnessed it.”

The footage, which has been going viral, captured at least four deer bum-rushing participants at the start of the event.

One of the animals then made a beeline for the two unsuspecting female runners — plowing directly into them in the middle of the street as onlookers screamed out.

The women were left sprawled out on the ground as the deer fled, the clip shows.

At least one of the women was taken to a nearby hospital by ambulance, where she was treated for minor injuries, WWNY reported.

The other runner was treated at the scene.
