A thief donning a pair of reindeer slippers acted like a real Grinch when he swiped a woman’s wheelchair — from right under her, cops said.

In a video posted to Facebook by Phoenix police, Austin Shurbutt, 26, is shown trying to wrangle the chair away from the woman as a light rail pulled into the 12th Street-Jefferson station on Nov. 29.

The woman can be seen grabbing poles on either side of her to try to stay in place — but to no avail.

The slipper-wearing crook eventually dumps her out of the wheelchair and takes off with it.

Good Samaritans run out the train doors to snatch the wheelchair back — sending Shurbutt scrambling empty-handed, the video shows.

Shurbutt was arrested Saturday after thousands shared his picture on social media, cops said.

He was charged with robbery, kidnapping and assault and faces two outstanding warrants, according to police.

He was still wearing the reindeer slippers when cops cuffed him.
