WASHINGTON — Hillary Clinton “got away with murder” at the CNN Democratic debate, said former Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
“Bernie Sanders virtually applauded Hillary for destroying her emails,” Giuliani told John Catsimatidis Sunday on The Cats Roundtable (AM 970). “I have a list of 13 criminal statutes that Hillary allegedly violated with her conduct.”
The former GOP presidential candidate added: “She got away with murder. … This was like a love-fest.”
Giuliani believes Clinton’s choice to use a home private email server amounts to criminal violations, including negligence with classified information, mail fraud, wire fraud and obstruction of justice.
Clinton said her use of private email was permitted under State Department rules and no one had to sign off on it.

“Nothing that I was sent or that I sent was marked classified,” Clinton said on CNN’s “State of the Union.”
