Bernie Sanders’ team alleges Democrats in Puerto Rico are unfairly locking up the vote for Hillary Clinton.

Thousands of prisoners in Puerto Rico are eligible to vote. But Sanders campaign workers say they are being denied access to the prisons, while Clinton’s workers were allowed in.

“This is a great fraud,” Sanders aide Betsy Franceschini told Caribbean Business, a news Web site.
