Hillary Rodham Clinton may have dropped a hint that she’ll run for president in 2016 when she quipped “I’m minded to do it” at a reception in Scotland.
When guests at a private get-together asked her plans, Clinton first said, “I haven’t made up my mind yet,” according to Scotland’s Sunday Herald.
But when pressed by a guest — who called her answer “unsatisfactory” — she playfully shot back, “Yes, it is unsatisfactory. I’m minded to do it.”
Some partygoers raised their eyebrows — but the conversation quickly changed, the paper reported.
Clinton had come from receiving an honorary degree on Sept. 13 from St. Andrews University.
