Hillary Clinton on Monday called for the end of family detention for undocumented immigrants.

“We’re not only a nation of immigrants, we are a nation of laws, too, and we do have to enforce our laws, but we should do it in a humane, targeted and effective way,” she told a Brooklyn immigration conference.

“I agree with President Obama,” she added. “We don’t have endless resources, so … who are we going to target? Dangerous criminals, yes. Families, no.”

Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Mayor Bill de Blasio also addressed the National Immigration Integration Conference.
