This time, Bill Clinton is the one wearing the dress that grosses out America.

The gal-loving former president has been “drag”ged into his wife’s likely bid for the White House by a website dedicated to her run — and whose wild new campaign videos declare, “Bill for First Lady” and depict him wearing a slinky red dress and heels.

The viral video — produced by a PAC encouraging Hillary Clinton to enter the 2016 race — shows a male actor wearing a comically oversized Bill Clinton mask and women’s clothes and accessories including a handbag, pearls and high heels.

The look — at odds with the woolly hair on “Bubba’s” legs — features a Republican-red silk dress, probably because no Clinton would be caught dead in a blue dress anymore.

“They’re always sayin’ ‘Hillary wore the pants,’ ” Bill says in his trademark drawling Arkansas accent in one ad.

“Now I’m wearing the dress . . . But Hillary is in the White House,” he says.

Another campaign ad shows “Bill” mugging for the camera outside the White House fence as supporters — including an unsettling number of young women — join him and cheer, “Run, Hillary, run!”

The Bill Clinton figure — looking like a living bobblehead doll — is also seen in the waters of Miami, wearing a red-white-and-blue bikini, and waving to fans in Times Square as part of a “coast-to-coast” tour.

In other ads, several young girls are shown running while reciting many of the liberal and feminist causes Hillary supports and encouraging her to run. It ends with the sudden appearance of dress-wearing Bill.

“As president, Hillary’s experience will impress, but as first lady, Bill will rock the dress,” the kids say, as the dress-wearing Clinton clone appears.

The ad then encourages fellow Hillary lovers to go to BillForFirstLady2016.com and sign a petition asking Hillary to run to make “Herstory.”

The ad campaign is the brainchild of Luke Montgomery, who was behind last year’s viral video craze, “Potty-Mouth Princesses.”

In it, young girls drop a series of F-bombs while promoting feminist causes.

“Potty” was named by Mashable.com the No. 1 viral ad of October 2014 with over 20 million views — 14 million from a single Facebook post, according to the PAC’s website.

Montgomery warns that there will be more appearances down the road in key primary states like Iowa and New Hampshire.

BillForFirstLady2016.com hopes to collect 100,000 online petition signatures urging Hillary to run. But it has a ways to go — with only 1,327 as of 6 p.m. Wednesday.

Hillary Clinton, reportedly forming a campaign team, is expected to announce her presidential bid in the next few months.
