A bipartisan group of House members on Thursday introduced a resolution to condemn a left-wing movement to boycott Israel, a report said.

The resolution states opposition to the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement, according to CNN.

The text of the resolution states BDS “undermines the possibility for a negotiated solution” to the conflict by “encouraging the Palestinians to reject negotiations in favor of international pressure.”
