If you couldn’t get enough of Peacock’s Multiview coverage during the 2024 Olympics, allowing you to watch multiple broadcasts all on one screen, we have good news: they’re bringing it back tonight.
For the first time outside a sporting context, Multiview will be available tonight for NBC News’ coverage and analysis of the 2024 Election between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris as polls begin to close and the numbers begin to trickle in.
Anchors, including Lester Holt and Savannah Guthrie, will cover breaking news, exit polls, and projected outcomes of down-ballot races. And yes, NBC’s National Political Correspondent Steve Kornacki, bringing you analysis from the big board, will have his own screen on the Multiview.
Beyond Multiview, Peacock has an entire hub dedicated to the election, where you can catch up on news you might have missed or tune into the latest live updates at any time with NBC News Now.
When does NBC News’ election Multiview start?
The NBC News Multiview experience on Peacock will go live at 6:00 p.m. ET tonight, November 5, and will run until approximately 2:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday.
How to watch Election Multiview on Peacock:
To watch NBC’s election coverage on Peacock Multiview, you’ll need a Peacock subscription. Unfortunately, the streamer doesn’t offer a free trial, but you can get one month for as low as $7.99.
What will the election Multiview include?
There are three screens included in Peacock’s Election Multiview.
- NBC News Now: Lester Holt and Savannah Guthrie will report on breaking news, with real-time coverage from NBC journalists on the ground in battleground states.
- Kornacki Cam: NBC’s National Political Correspondent Steve Kornacki will be at the big board all night analyzing exit polls and results as they come in.
- Election Results and Balance of Power Map: NBC News Decision Desk will report on projected Electoral College results and the outcomes of other key races across the country.
As we noted above, you’ll be able to switch the audio, move the three screens around, and click into them for a deeper dive.
