The normally bustling Disney World turned into a ghost town after the Florida attraction was forced to close earlier this week ahead of Hurricane Dorian’s expected arrival.

Haunting photos captured the eerily quiet site in Orlando, where no one was seen in front of the famous Cinderella Castle and where there were no lines for the rides along the sweeping boulevards, according to the UK’s Mirror.

Disney World has since reopened after the monstrous storm bypassed the Sunshine State on its lumbering trek up the coast toward the Carolinas and Georgia.

Park officials said they expected park attendance to spike this weekend as guests who postponed their trips reschedule their visits. About 50,000 people usually visit Disney World every day, according to the news outlet.
