The frigid winter of 2015 has unleashed an unprecedented amount of ice on the Massachusetts Bay, according to WBZ-TV chief meterologist Eric Fisher.

A total of 11 different storms have pummeled their way through New England since Jan. 21 — sparking the second-snowiest season on record with an accumulation of 105.7 inches.

But there’s one good thing about the wintry onslaught: It has produced some truly unforgettable images.

A Cape Cod artist known as Dapixara took to the shores of his hometown to capture the incredible scene as he posted pictures of the awe-inspiring icebergs on Twitter.
