Amid a massive iguana invasion in the Sunshine State, one of the critters was captured in a now-viral video walking on a luggage conveyor belt at Key West International Airport as travelers waited for their baggage.

In the 36-second clip posted to Facebook by Pony Charvet, the long, green iguana is seen trying to make its way along the belt, but fails miserably as the conveyor continues to move in the opposite direction.

“It’s always exciting at the Key West airport!! Folks your luggage will be out shortly….. SURPRISE!!!,” Charvet captioned the video, which has been viewed more than 136,000 times.

Iguanas are not native to Florida and are considered an invasive species, according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conversation Commission, which encouraged locals this summer to kill the reptiles on their property “whenever possible.”
