Six inmates escaped from a Tennessee jail on Christmas Day — with the help of an accomplice called “john.”

Authorities said the convicts took advantage of a leaking toilet inside their Cooke County Jail cell. They were able to unscrew and remove its rusted bolts, exposing a hole big enough for them to wiggle through.

Inmates John Mark Speir and Steven Lewis have since been caught, and two people who helped Speir on the outside have also been arrested, officials said.

Accused arsonist John Thomas Shehee, 28, probation violator Harce Wade Allen, 28, drug possession suspect Eric S. Click, 29, and alleged robber David Wayne Frazier, 54, are still on the lam.
