The mother of Instagram influencer Alexis Sharkey, whose naked body was found on the side of a road in Houston, says she believes her daughter’s death was “absolutely foul play.”

The 26-year-old’s nude body was discovered by a garbage truck driver just three miles from her Houston apartment Saturday after she went missing over Thanksgiving weekend, news station KPRC reported.

“The way in which she was found — my child would never do that to herself,” Stacey Robinault told the outlet.

“That doesn’t even make sense. That is absolutely foul play.”

Sharkey — who amassed more than 21,000 followers on Instagram — had no visible wounds on her body, cops said.

No cause of death has been released, but homicide detectives have been in contact with the influencer’s family, KPRC reported.

“There is nothing to me that suggests that this was an accident,” Robinault said.

“And there’s nothing to me that suggests anything else, other than that this was done to her. And I believe that in my mother’s gut.”

Robinault said that she only learned of her daughter’s disappearance Saturday night, hours after her body was uncovered but before authorities informed the family that they’d confirmed the remains belonged to the influencer.

“One friend said, ‘I ran over to her apartment and she’s not there, and we were supposed to meet up,’” Robinault said.

“When you start to hear these stories and you just know that’s not right, something’s wrong — she’s never that far away from her device; [she’s] standing up her friends; [her] husband doesn’t know where she is, all of that. All of that strikes fear.”

Robinault had previously claimed that Sharkey left her apartment Friday after an argument.

Friends said she had been having issues with her 49-year-old husband, Tom Sharkey, whom she had married in December 2019,  KHOU 11 reported.

“Recently, she opened up to us about it and divorce was being filed,” friend Tanya Ricardo told the outlet.

Tom wrote on social media late Sunday that he had been cooperating with authorities in the case — and blasted users who accused him of being involved in her disappearance.

“I have been assisting the deputies and making phone calls to fine [sic] out what happened to my wife. Next time…. stop and think! And realize! You don’t know it all!,” he posted on Instagram.
