Heart-racing footage shows a mystery woman screaming for help as she was grabbed and carried away in a feared kidnapping in Kansas.
Doorbell footage showed a man wrapping both arms around a woman outside a house in Wichita around 2 a.m. Sunday and then carrying her down the block.
The woman screamed out a man’s name at least twice during the startling video that was released Monday by Wichita police — who still do not know the identities of the pair, and if the woman is still in danger.
“Our main concern is the safety and welfare of the woman seen in that video,” police Chief Joe Sullivan said Tuesday in a fresh appeal for info with a $2,000 reward.
Police were alerted when the homeowner saw the terrifying possible abduction on their doorbell camera. Although tips have flowed in, so far the par’s identities — and relationship — remain a mystery.
Wichita police said it’s working with regional and federal law enforcement partners to help analyze the video.
“The case remains as an active and ongoing investigation” with help from the feds, Captain Todd Ojile said.

“The community, we’re all concerned,” Shawntrice Beard told KSN.
“I stay really close. I say right down the street, I’ve been staying here for approximately over a year now, and like I said, it’s alarming to see this transpire and take place definitely in our community.
“Things do happen, but not like this.”
Police have combed through missing person reports dating back to Oct. 1 and are seeking more video footage.
A $2,000 reward is being offered by Crime Stoppers of Wichita to anyone who can provide information that leads to the identity of the man or woman.
