Vote blue — drink red.

An Iowa caucus attendee brought a “concealed bottle of wine” to a Des Moines precinct on Monday night and accidentally dropped it on the floor, shattering the glass bottle, a report said.

A photo of the boozy mishap was captured by Iowa Starting Line, a local news outlet that covers politics in the first-caucus state.

“At one Des Moines precinct tonight, an attendee brought in a concealed bottle of wine, dropped it, and it shattered everywhere,” the outlet wrote in a tweet with a photo of a distraught-looking woman standing over the shattered bottle.

It’s unclear who the owner of the bottle was planning to back in Monday’s caucus.
