He couldn’t spare a minute to shake hands with President Obama, but Iran’s new president had plenty of time for Louis Farrakhan when he hosted a buffet bash for the Nation of Islam leader and other VIPs.

Hassan Rouhani held a reception for about 20 people at his One UN hotel room Tuesday night, hours after US officials disclosed that Iran had refused any kind of “encounter” with Obama.

Iranian secret service officers escorted Farrakhan — controversial for views widely considered anti-white and anti-Semitic — into the dinner party, says celebrity interviewer Alain Bin Naim, who was present.
