ISIS has claimed responsibility for Thursday’s terror attack in Barcelona that saw a driver plow into pedestrians, killing at least 13.
The terror group’s Amaq news agency called the attackers “soldiers of the Islamic State,” according to watchdog organization Intel group.
Police say they’ve arrested two suspects in the attack.
