It’s the circle of trust.

An Italian man was spotted strolling through the Testaccio market in Rome — heeding social distancing rules by wearing a yellow disc around his waist, according to the Independent.

“What would this be the security distance for?” a passer-by asks.

“For coronavirus,” the man responds, matter-of-factly.

In his efforts to keep the deadly bug at bay, the man also used a claw-like tool with which to pluck items while grocery shopping.

The Italian government, which has placed all 60 million inhabitants under lockdown, also has imposed tough new measures — including closing businesses other than supermarkets and pharmacies — as it tries to stem the spread of the virus, which has killed more than 1,000 in the country.

Businesses allowed to remain open must enforce a distance of at least three feet between customers until March 25.

Globally, more than 4,900 people have died of the disease and the number of infections has topped 135,000,
