Disgraced former Subway pitchman Jared Fogle is suing the parents of one of his victims, claiming they — not him — are responsible for the girl’s descent into self-harm and drug abuse.

The pedophile, serving 15 years in a federal prison in Colorado, filed the complaint Thursday after the girl blamed him for her distress in a compensation claim this year, The Daily Mail reported.

In his filing, Fogle, who allegedly received secretly recorded video of the girl, accuses the parents of being abusive to each other and abusing alcohol.
